Qualifications
- NVQ Level 1 / Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2-year experience working with children in a health care setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Valid CPD Healthcare online training (preferred).
